All veneers used to make our lights are made from sustainably sourced wood. The veneers are sanded to a thickness of 0.35–0.55 mm, laminated with a fleece that prevents cracking and varnished on both sides with environmentally friendly varnishes.
All metal parts are powder coated with fine-structure paints. The ceiling rosettes and bases of the table and floor lamps are available in white and black.
For hanging lights, you can choose between textile cables in different colours. Each light is supplied with a matching LED bulb with a light colour of 2700 / 3000 K and an E27 thread.
We do not use plastic materials for packaging. All packaging is fully recyclable.
Each lamp is made to order and ships in 2–3 weeks.
Furu 6 takes its name and its form from the pine cone. Six veneer staves overlap into a cone that is closed at the top and opens downward, so the light falls where you want it and the shade itself stays soft.
Conceived in 1962 and made continuously since, it is the piece most people picture when they picture a Sence lamp. It suits a dining table, a stairwell, or anywhere a room needs one warm point to gather around.
