Made to Your Choice
When you make a lamp to order, you create your own combination of materials, colours, sizes and other available options. Your selected configuration is then made specifically for your order.
Because the product is made according to your selected specifications, the 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply, where the statutory conditions for the exception applicable to goods made to the consumer’s specifications are met.
You can review your configuration once more before placing your order and make any necessary changes.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is damaged, does not conform to your order, or has a defect.
