Before you order

Good to know

How long does delivery take?

The estimated production time is approximately 2–3 weeks from receipt of payment and ends when the product is handed over to the courier. The shipping time after dispatch depends on the destination country and the courier.

Can I choose a specific veneer?

Absolutely. We offer six veneers: ash, oak, maple, spruce, walnut and larch. You can also request a sample before ordering.

What bulb type do Sence lamps use?

All our lamps use standard E27 sockets compatible with LED bulbs. We recommend warm white (2700K) to complement the natural veneer tones.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout the EU with tracked delivery. For destinations outside the EU, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

How do I care for a veneer lamp shade?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods. The natural veneer will develop a subtle patina over time. This is a feature, not a flaw.

Is the set-up easy or do I need an electrician?

It depends on the type of light. Table and floor lamps simply plug into a standard electrical socket, so no electrical installation is required. Pendant lights are connected directly to the electrical connection in the ceiling. Installation instructions are included with the light. If you are not confident carrying out the installation yourself, please seek assistance from a qualified electrician or another appropriately trained person. Each light comes with the components needed for its intended installation. Tools for electrical installation are not included. If you are unsure which installation is suitable for your space, please contact us before installation at infosence-luci.si.
